We invite papers on original, unpublished work in the topic areas of the workshop. In addition to long papers, we will consider short papers and system descriptions (demos). We will also welcome position papers.
- Long papers, presenting completed work, may consist of up to eight (8) pages of content, with two (2) additional pages of references.
- A short paper /demo can present work in progress, or the description of a system, and may consist of up to four (4) pages of content, with one (1) additional page of references.
- Camera-ready papers will be given 9 + 2 and 5 + 1 pages recpectively.
- A position paper — clearly marked as such — should not exceed six (6) pages including references.
All submissions are to use the Coling stylesheets (either .sty and .bst, or .dot — please find the templates at http://coling2018.org/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/coling2018.zip). Papers should be submitted electronically, in PDF format, via the LaTeCH-CLfL submission website:
https://www.softconf.com/coling2018/ws-LaTeCH-CLfL2018/
Reviewing will be double-blind. The papers should not include the authors’ names and affiliations, or any references to Web sites, project names, acknowledgements and so on, which would immediately reveal the authors’ identity. Self-references should be kept to a reasonable minimum, and anonymous citations cannot be used.
Accepted papers will be published in the workshop proceedings and available in the ACL Anthology.
Supplementary material: Authors may submit one file of supplementary material along with the paper (e.g., code, data excerpts etc.). If your supplementary material consists of more than one file, please package it into a zip file. This is to support the double blind review process, your supplied material will not be available in the Anthology. If you would like to make a release, please provide a proper URL/DOI in your final version.
